Shipping policy

EU and International Customers

Please be aware that when your parcel arrives at your country’s border, customs charges and taxes might apply and you will need to clear them before the courier is allowed to deliver your order to your address. 

Any unpaid taxes and customs charges will result in the parcel being returned to me.

Shipping

All purchases are sent by Royal Mail First Class or International Tracked and Signed. International orders can take two weeks to arrive, domestic orders should be with you in a matter of 2 days.

 

If you live locally (Cumbria) you are welcome to collect your order from my studio, please select 'pick up' at checkout and email me at upland.clay@gmail.com to arrange the collection.
